J'étais pétrifiée à l'idée de passer une gastroscopie due à une mauvaise expérience passée lors d'une intervention du même type à l'hôpital. Je n'avais pas fermé l'œil de la nuit précédente. Le tout s'est tellement bien déroulé, aucune douleur, personnel très attentionné, clinique et propre et aménagée avec bon goût. L'intervention a été faite par le Dr. Simon Chow qui m'a rassurée et tout de suite mise en confiance. Que du positif pour cette clinique!

"The staff at this clinic are all professional and empathetic from beginning to end. Everyone introduces themselves and explains what role they will play. The procedure is thoroughly explained. Dr. Chow is knowledgeable and caring. He takes whatever time is necessary to discuss your concerns, symptoms as well as the results of the test. Also makes recommendations if there is a problem and helps with referrals. I was scared but they actually made it a good experience if you can imagine a colonoscopy or endoscopy being a good experience.
